RelicRoute is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that provides AI-powered metal detecting location recommendations across the United Kingdom. It analyses DEFRA LiDAR data, Historic Ordnance Survey maps, the Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) database, and British Geological Survey (BGS) soil data to generate personalised Detectability Scores for 1km grid squares. The app also displays legal boundaries including Scheduled Monuments, SSSIs, and National Parks.
